This annual event aims to honor and showcase the intelligent, talented and beautiful Filipina to represent our Philippine heritage, culture and independence.  The Diwa Ng Kalayaan and IDOL were crowned during the Presentation on April 24, 2004 at The Crowne Plaza, NJ
