Pinoy Pop Superstar East Coast USA - Year 3

I am Dave Samuel Ramos Resultan, and I was born on September 4, 1988 in San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines. I am 18 years old and currently going to Nassau Community College, majoring in History and planning to pursue Adolescence Education in a 4-year college/university. I am hoping to become a High School History Teacher someday. I grew up in Plaridel, Bulacan, Philippines and finished high school at Baliuag University. It was only on November of 2004 that i came here to NY with my family.

I have a great passion for music and the arts - theatre in particular. I started playing piano by ear since I was 4, and started singing when i was in elementary. Lea Salonga is the first name to be mentioned when it comes to my favorite performers. She has such a very flawless talent in singing and acting, and I do wish that I'd also be a broadway performer someday, if only i am majoring in theatre. I miss the Philippines very much, and i try to continually connect myself to the Philippine Entertainment Industry with my access to youtube. Jonalyn Viray and Sarah Geronimo are the names that i always type inside the search box first since they're my top pop favorites. I do love seeing the other "World Stars" and "Pinoy Champions" too, and I always get overwhelmed by the great talents of my fellow-Filipinos! Whenever I watch them, I always wish that someday, i could be among them - singing on those great stages, entertaining the Filipino people, carrying such big names but still keeping their feet on the ground. Is that too much of a wish for me? ::giggles:: I hope not. I pray that Pinoy Pop Superstar will be the way for me to be able to turn my wish into reality. However, whatever God's plan for me is, I know It's gonna be the best for me.

I remember my dad always reminds me to give back all the glory to the Lord whenever i perform because whatever talents i have or may have, they all belong to Him. That's why this performance that i will do in PPS, I will offer it to my God. ;-)
